Hello guys, let's make a little digression about photography!
Judging by the people who constantly follow my blog all of you certainly know Hand.Cannot.Erase tour that Steven Wilson is facing during these months... well, I had the possibility (thanks to Kscope) to taking pictures during his last gig here in Italy, Rome. And.... What would I say? musically it was such a mystic experience, as always, I've attended many of his shows and his charisma surprises me every f*cking time. He's a genius. I like his solo career like PT.

Ciao a tutti, piccola parentesi fotografica!
A giudicare dal pubblico che visita costantemente il mio blog tutti voi sarete sicuramente a conoscenza del tour di Hand.Cannot.Erase che Steven Wilson sta affrontando in questi mesi, ebbene ho avuto la possibilità (grazie a Kscope) di scattare foto durante l'ultima tappa italiana del tour a Roma e.... che dire? musicalmente è stata un'esperienza mistica, come sempre, ho assistito a diversi suoi concerti ed ogni volta il suo carisma mi sorprende. Amo la sua carriera solista come i PT.

Steven Wilson

Steven Wilson is one of my favourite musician. If you didn't heard of him before I recommend ... everything of his immense discography.
His music saved me many times so I decided to do an illustration for him.
This drawing is devided in two ... On the left there's the black, the deep soul inside him. I wanted to create the labyrinth inside his head by all these black and tangled lines, that's the cold side of the steven's music. On the right there are the colours that warm up everything, beauty, creativity, nostalgia feelings, his heart. That's the warm side of his music.

I met him a few days ago in Milan and he said to me "wow it's so ethereal" and yes, yes it is.
